Note : at the 23rd November seminar, we noted for exam purposes only, if excluding admixtures, we can approximate a relationship between slump and concrete strength .
2″ slump approximates at 5000psi concrete mix or higher
4″ equals a 4000psi mix
6″ slump equals a 3000psi mix ( sidewalk mix)
In reality, the relationships are more complex.
