Columbia Island for sale
Columbia Island in NY’s Long Island Sound is for sale again.
Originally the site of a radio transmitter for CBS, the base building was converted into a private residence in the 2011. ADoF designed the support frame for the solar panel array among other elements that allow the building to be self sustaining.
