Passive house project in Hillsdale, Columbia Co.
ADoF has recently completed the design of a passive house 2 story structure in Hillsdale NY utilizing AAC block. Working with and learning from Daniel Levy, we minimized thermal bridging by utilizing AAC block with Basalt reinforcing. The interior is free of vertical structural supports.
Construction is intended to be complete later this year.
